1. Delivery
Delivery will be through Royal Mail and subject to their terms.
Please allow 7-14 days. You will receive a confirmation message when order has been despatched.
On occasion items may be lost in the post or the contents missing . Once items have been identified as having been lost or missing by Royal mail, you will receive a full refund or replacement . If you do not receive an item that you have ordered please contact us.
2. UK & ROI Delivery Charges:
22% of the order £0 - £9.99
18% of the order £10 - £24.99
15% of the order £25 - £74.99
Free for order above £75
Delivery charges are automaticaly added to your order.
3. NON-UK Delivery
If you leave outside UK or ROI please contact me for more details about additional delivery cost.
4. Can I return product?
Yes, all products can be returned within 3 months of your purchase if you are not satisfied. You will receive replacement or a full refund of product price.
5. Damaged/Broken products
If product has been damaged or broken in transit you will receive replacement or a full refund of product price + delivery charges. In this case please contact us within 5 days of delivery and return your product.
6. Payments
At the moment we can only accept PayPal as a method of payment. You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to pay for your order.
Your order will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.
7. Prices and Sales
The prices of products change as a new Oriflame catalogue is brought out every 4 weeks.
8. Privacy Policy
We will not pass on your details to third parties, unless required to do so by law.
9. Animal Friendly Products
Oriflame is proud of its longstanding pro-active animal welfare policy, and only “animal friendly” ingredients are used in our cosmetic formulations.
No ingredients derived from dead animals, or sourced while causing harm to animals, are used. Only animal by-products such as milk, honey, lanolin and beeswax, which are sourced without causing suffering or harm to animals, are used.
10. Can I buy cosmetics directly from Oriflame?
After registration you will receive consultant number and access to Oriflame main UK / ROI website. You can buy cosmetics directly from website www.oriflame.co.uk , by telephone, e-mail or fax. You don't have to buy cosmetics form each catalogue. Your account expires only if you don't buy anything in 12 consistent months.
Up to order for £50/ €77.50 you don't have any discount and you will pay the same price as shown in catalogue.
23% discount will be added automatically to order from £50/ €77.50 to £109.99 / €159.49.
30% discount will be added automatically to order above £110 / €159.50
Delivery charges for consultants: £3/ €4 for small order up to £20/ €30, £4.50/ €7.25 for normal order. Optional next day delivery £5 whatever the size.
